Making a difference in our community underscores our team’s core values. We support and participate in several community organizations and activities throughout the year. Here are some of the causes that are near to our hearts.

John-Paul Stornetta is committed to supporting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases.

E. Chad Silva is a dedicated supporter of the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. It is a community-based fundraising event for the American Cancer Society and other cancer-related institutions, societies, and associations. With faith, we can find a cure for cancer. That is why our office donates annually.

Stephen P. Maguire is a passionate supporter of the Woods Human Society. Founded in 1955, the society is an independent nonprofit organization dedicated to the humane care of homeless dogs and cats in San Luis Obispo County. Their work includes finding loving homes for pets, working to end pet overpopulation through spay/neuter efforts, canine obedience classes, and humane education opportunities for children. The society relies on the dedication of its volunteers and the generosity of donors as they improve the lives of animals throughout our community.

Sean Maguire is a committed supporter of Jack's Helping Hand. This nonprofit was founded by Paul and Bridget Ready in memory of their son Jack, whose three-year struggle with a rare form of brain cancer ended in 2004. Their mission is to provide community programs that meet the unique challenges of children with cancer or special needs under the age of 21. Jack’s Helping Hand was created to assist children in the community with cancer and special needs who have unmet physical, mental, and medical needs.
